After 3.5 years as an entrepreneur, including 6 months living in Malta, and after careful consideration, I am turning back to the corporate world. I am looking to start working as of January 2025, preferably in the real estate sector, but I am truly open to any opportunities, considering that I have worked in various industries and roles over the past 10 years. This page summarizes these experiences. From mid-November, I will be back in Hungary and currently planning my future in Budapest. Call me if you have any exciting opportunities for me.

Fields

🏙️ Real Estate

The 6 years I spent in the real estate sector became a defining part of my career, as this is where I delved deeply into a specialized field, observed the decision-making processes of a major real estate developer up close, and had the opportunity to work under truly great leaders. My time at WING sparked my ambition to eventually pursue my own path and explore what it’s like to build my own company. However, I was able to start this journey in a different industry.

🌐 IT

When founding Enlight Digital Studio, our goal was to combine design, software development, and business mindset to offer a full-service package to our clients. The typical process involved idea validation and feasibility analysis, followed by the design process. This allowed the development team to create a market-ready product, where features shaped by customer needs took center stage. After nearly four challenging but profitable years, and the development of a spin-off product, the company was closed down.

📈 Startup

In the past nearly 6 years, I have become increasingly involved in the startup scene, gaining deep insights into both the Hungarian and Maltese markets. After multiple product experiments and numerous validation attempts, the product called PanaszPortál was developed. While it is not a startup in the traditional sense, it shares many characteristics. What might be even more important is that during this time, the new-wave startup mindset strongly influenced me, a knowledge that will likely be very valuable for me in the corporate world.

Preffered areas

Real Estate

The industry in which I have gained the most experience. As an analyst, I primarily focused on cash flow modeling and decision support, skills that have proven valuable in other areas as well. The role of an analyst in the commercial real estate sector covered a wide range of areas, with acquisition tasks being a primary focus. In the future, I envision myself working primarily at a real estate developer, asset management company, or consultancy.

Venture Capital

The skills I've gained in building companies from scratch, working in the startup space, and performing analysis all suggest that the venture capital world could be a promising area for my future. I’m interested in this industry, as I have both personal and professional enthusiasm for it.

Hospitality

While I don’t have any direct experience (apart from leading a product validation process in this industry and conducting interviews with multiple business leaders), I am interested in the field and in understanding how to successfully operate hospitality units at a group level.

Asset Management

Asset management is also an area I would be eager to explore further, and my acquired experience would likely align well with it. Whether in real estate asset management or any other related field, such opportunities would definitely interest me.

Fractional CFO - Freelance

In smaller startups, where financial and consequently human resources are limited, it might be worth seeking external support. I have an interest in this area outside the corporate world as well, so let’s talk if you’re looking for an external expert for your startup.

Sport

Professionally, this is also a field quite distant from my core experience, but over the past 20 years, I’ve gained deep insights into the operations of a particular sport. I am open to exploring it further.
